“ Haidilao is one of my favorite hot pot places. Tomato soup base is a must. Service was fast and staff checked in often to ensure everything was okay or wasn't missing from our order. They even gave my little niece a toy and a meal! Totally must visit place if you want hotpot. ”

“ We arrived with a reservation at 3 PM on Monday, which was President's Day. We came for the monthly promotion, Hihi Fest Combo, which included unlimited servings of three meat dishes: Angus beef short plate, Australian lamb shoulder, and pork belly. The promotion was originally set to end at 5 PM, but since it was a holiday, they ended it an hour early. Our server kindly informed us in advance and made sure we ordered all the meats we wanted before the last call. We ordered four pots with just one soup base, as we had learned how to make our own from online--creating our own soup bases and dipping sauces was a fun experience, and they turned out delicious! We also received a pack of free tomato soup base and toys from the server by giving them the secret codes. I confirmed with the server that the servers no longer perform dances for customers. As usual, we enjoyed the free ice cream at Haidilao at the end. The restaurant was spacious, featuring robot servers and interesting décor. Overall, it was a great experience. I also joined their rewards program to earn points for future visits and redeem rewards. They validate three hours of parking in the Bellevue Pacific Center garage--just bring your parking ticket, and they'll validate it when you leave. ”

“ I come here often and I have never been disappointed. When there is a long wait, they have snacks and tea and chips to snack on. Once you are called in, they lead you to your table and you order from the tablet. A robot brings all your food! There is a sauce bar and they also have stuff like soybean snacks, seaweed side dishes, fruits, etc. so much food here!! The broth selection is amazing. I personally love the Tom yum flavor one and order ala carte shrimp to dip in it. Also the side of udon noodles is always so delicious. The staff are always nice. Even their bathroom is decked out with lots of amenities. One thing I love, is a business that thinks of everything to make customers feel more comfortable or have things that are helpful. I just love coming here and it is probably my favorite hot pot place in Bellevue :) ”

“ It was my first time at this location and the service was exceptional! I love how attentive and respectful the staff were. Although this place could get a little pricey from having to order ala carte, it's totally worth it for the unlimited sauce, snacks, toys, and ice cream with a small extra fee. The vegetable and meat quality was great and presentation was aesthetically pleasing. I love the amount of soup choices that they offer from non-spicy to spicy. My go to is their sukiyaki, mushroom, and miso broth! I was also surprised that they close at midnight so definitely a perfect go to spot for a late night meal! They are located in the Bellevue Pacific Center with a parking garage so that's a plus. I'll definitely be coming back to this location again! ”

I love bringing my kids here because they have the cutest free kids-meal (Dino nuggets, veggies, cute animal-shaped red bean bun, and yakult) which also comes with a seasonally rotating toy. We enjoy the casual, family-friendly ambience and attentive servers. Prices are very similar to Dolar Shop in our experience, but we will keep coming back because of the exceptional service! ”

“ We went on a Monday for lunch around noon without a reservation and were seated immediately. There's a good lunch special for $25 from noon to 5pm during non-holidays, which seems like it would be the best deal. We got 3 broths, 3 proteins, 1 noodle, and 2 vegetable sides for 3 people. We had a lot of broth left over, so we probably only needed 2 broths max, I recommend the tom kha and the tomato! The sauce bar is $3.99 per person. I thought it was fun and liked the packaged crackers and shrimp chips, but you definitely don't need to get it since the broths were so flavorful on their own! It felt quite expensive for the portion sizes, especially for the noodled and veggies. Service was quick and I'd definitely come back for the lunch special pricing! ”

Make sure to make a reservation before hand so there would be little to no wait! The complimentary snacks and amenities while you wait are also a very nice touch. Food: The menu features a wide variety of fresh ingredients, including premium quality meats and veggies, with several flavorful broth to choose from. I'm a big fan of their tomato broth, which is often praised for its rich, savory and sweetness flavor. One great perk is that if you have leftovers, you can easily ask them to go. Sign up with them for points! OH and one thing Haidilao offers a special birthday treat making it a fun place to celebrate your special day. They do have a parking garage offering free parking up to 3 hours which save you the hassle of finding your own parking just remember to validate your ticket with the staff before leaving! Overall Haidilao delivers an amazing dining experience that keeps me coming back whenever I'm in town! ”
